Black Forest Flowers & Gifts is a local florist located at 3426 Tampa Road, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. We design and deliver fresh flower arrangements, gifts, and custom floral experiences for the Palm Harbor and Tampa Bay area.
Products and Arrangements
All of our arrangements are made by hand using fresh, seasonal flowers. Product photographs are representative of the style and design you can expect. Because fresh flowers vary in availability, the exact flowers, colors, and container may differ slightly from the image, and our florists may substitute stems of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look and feeling of the design.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We do our best to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur, and we reserve the right to correct any error and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Payment is required at the time of ordering through our secure checkout.
Orders and Delivery
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we accept once we begin preparing your order. It is your responsibility to provide accurate recipient and delivery details. Delivery is subject to our Delivery Policy, including our local delivery area and same-day cutoff times.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Because flowers are perishable and made to order, some orders cannot be cancelled once they have been arranged and dispatched. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Custom and Event Work
Custom arrangements, proposal and event setups, and rental items may be quoted individually and may require a deposit before we begin. Any deposit and the specific terms will be agreed with you in advance.
