Delivery Policy

At Black Forest Flowers & Gifts, we hand-deliver fresh flowers throughout Palm Harbor and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. Because we are a local florist and not a nationwide shipping warehouse, every order is arranged in our shop and delivered by our own team so it arrives fresh and beautiful.

Delivery Area

We deliver to Palm Harbor, FL and the surrounding Tampa Bay and Pinellas County communities. If you are not sure whether we reach your recipient's address, call or text us at (727) 785-4000 before ordering and we will confirm right away.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery on many local orders. For the best chance of same-day service, please place your order by early afternoon. Same-day slots can fill up on busy dates and around holidays, so we recommend calling us at (727) 785-4000 to confirm availability for time-sensitive orders such as sympathy and funeral flowers.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are made throughout the day during our normal business hours. We are not able to guarantee an exact delivery time, but if your order needs to arrive before a specific service or event, let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate it.

Delivery Fees

A local delivery fee is applied based on the recipient's address and is shown at checkout. If you have any questions about delivery costs, please reach out and we will be glad to help.

Recipient Availability

Please provide a complete delivery address and, where possible, a phone number for the recipient. If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot, leave it with a neighbor or front desk, or contact you for instructions. We cannot be responsible for arrangements left in extreme heat once delivered as directed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check the delivery address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect and the order cannot be delivered, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. We will always contact you to help resolve any address issues.

In-Store Pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order in person at our shop at 3426 Tampa Road, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. Simply choose pickup at checkout or call ahead at (727) 785-4000 and we will have your flowers ready.

Substitutions

Fresh flowers are seasonal and availability can change daily. If a specific flower is unavailable, our florists will substitute a bloom of equal or greater value while keeping the style, color, and overall look of your chosen arrangement.
