Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes. For same-day delivery in the Palm Harbor area, place your order by early afternoon and we will do our best to have it arranged and on its way the same day. Same-day availability can fill up quickly on busy dates, so if your delivery is time-sensitive, call or text us at (727) 785-4000 to confirm before you order.
Where do you deliver?
We are a local florist based at 3426 Tampa Road in Palm Harbor, FL, and we deliver to Palm Harbor and the surrounding Tampa Bay and Pinellas County area. If you are unsure whether we reach your recipient's address, give us a call at (727) 785-4000 and we will let you know right away.
Can I add a card message to my order?
Absolutely. You can include a personal card message with any arrangement, and we will hand-write it for you before delivery. If you would like help finding the right words, whether it is for a celebration or a sympathy piece, we are always happy to help.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Every arrangement is designed by hand using the freshest flowers available that day, so no two are ever identical. If a specific stem is not at its best or is out of season, our florists will substitute a flower of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look, color palette, and feeling of the design you chose.
Do you create sympathy and funeral flowers?
Yes. We design sympathy arrangements, funeral pieces, and standing tributes with care and discretion. Timing often matters for services, so please call or text us at (727) 785-4000 and we will make sure your tribute is ready when it needs to be.
Do you make custom arrangements, proposals, and event flowers?
We do. Beyond our everyday flowers, we design custom arrangements, romantic and proposal setups, private installations, and flowers for weddings and events. Tell us what you are imagining through our Custom Orders page or by phone, and we will help you plan every detail.
Can I order by phone?
Of course. Many of our customers prefer to order by phone, especially for custom work and sympathy flowers. Call or text us at (727) 785-4000 and we will take care of everything with you personally.
How do I care for my fresh flowers?
Keep your arrangement in fresh, clean water and top it up daily. Trim the stems at an angle every couple of days, and keep the flowers away from direct sun, heat, and ripening fruit. With a little care, most arrangements stay beautiful for several days or more.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Your happiness matters to us. If your flowers arrive damaged or are not what you expected, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (727) 785-4000 or blackforestflwr@outlook.com, ideally with a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or redelivery.
