Every arrangement we create is made by hand with fresh flowers, and your satisfaction means everything to us. Because flowers are a perishable, made-to-order product, our refund and guarantee policy is a little different from a standard retail store. Please read the details below, and if anything is ever wrong with your order, reach out and we will make it right.

Our Freshness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and freshness of our flowers. If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or not in the condition you expected, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or arrange a redelivery at no additional cost. A quick photo of the arrangement helps us understand the issue and take care of it faster.

How to Report a Problem

Please call or text us at (727) 785-4000 or email blackforestflwr@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery. Let us know your name, order number, and what went wrong, and include a photo if you can. Our goal is always to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.

Substitutions Are Not a Defect

Because fresh flowers are seasonal, our florists may substitute stems of equal or greater value while keeping the color, style, and overall look of your chosen design. A thoughtful substitution is part of how we work with fresh product and is not considered a reason for a refund.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as early as possible. We can usually adjust or cancel an order before it has been arranged and dispatched for delivery. Once an arrangement has been made and is out for delivery, we are no longer able to cancel it.

Custom and Event Work

Custom arrangements, proposal and event setups, and rental pieces are planned specifically for you and may require a deposit. Deposits on custom and event work are non-refundable once design and preparation have begun. We will always be clear about any deposit before we start.

Refunds

Where a refund is appropriate, it will be issued to your original payment method once we have reviewed the details with you. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
